Hello, my name is Alex Madera, and God has called me out of San Francisco, California, to preach the kingdom of God as a missionary in Romania. The Lord confirmed this calling this past summer in Transylvania, when, within hours of my praying for a clear sign, a local pastor invited me to join his church’s pastoral staff.

Starting in early 2027, I’ll serve as a local pastor in the greater Transylvania region, bringing the joy of the Lord to the community through youth ministry, preaching, men’s Bible studies, English camps, VBS, orphanage outreaches, and more. Romania is a beautiful country of warm, hospitable people, still healing from decades of communism, and I long to see a new generation find freedom and hope in Christ.

Would you partner with me in prayer and support to see His kingdom come in Romania?
