Gerald and Nela are missionaries in Tirana Albania with their baby boy, Elias Thomas. Gerald has lived and served in Albania since March 2015 alongside the Grimes family in a local church plant – Kisha Streha (The Refuge Church). Nela is a native Albanian and a practicing physical therapist. They met each other in January 2017 while serving at an orphanage working/playing with special needs babies and children – from there, the rest became history! On September 7th 2019, they married and in August 2021 the Lord blessed them with the precious gift of their first born son. They serve together at Kisha Streha and by God’s grace Gerald leads the main service and Children’s Ministry. They have a heart to share the gospel and disciple others for the Kingdom and glory of God.
