BIO—KRIS REPP

I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ in 1973. I have two sons—Cory resides in heaven. Jacob
lives in Southern California with his wife, Soe, and 3yo daughter, Elodie (one of my 5
grandchildren.) Based in Southern California, I work worldwide.

—MISSION

With a background in emergency nursing, dental surgery, medical surgery, and chaplaincy
intervention, I desire to use my gifts to bring healing and hope— both physically and
spiritually—to the broken and hurting. My first mission trip was to Central America in 1990.
After several missions to Mexico in the 90’s, I moved to Guatemala in 1995 and lived there 5
years. Fluent in French and Spanish, I enjoy ministering to others in their heart language.
Since 2001, I have been serving in disaster relief, chaplaincy work, and short-term medical
outreaches worldwide—partnering with Samaritan’s Purse, Billy Graham Evangelistic
Association, Jewish Voice Ministries International (Messianic), and several other US mission
organizations, as well as a number of national churches and mission groups abroad.
My memoir, MISSIONARY FIRST RESPONDER-REACHING BEYOND BROKEN, was released in February 2025 by YWAM Publishing. In it, I share God’s incredible faithfulness to me throughout my 30 years of full-time ministry. Currently making contacts with international YWAM (Youth With A Mission) bases, I hope to pass the baton by encouraging youth to pursue Christ with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. Written for His glory, the book is opening many doors for ministry opportunities.

To glorify God with my life by ministering to the suffering. Always seizing opportunities to
share the love of Jesus Christ with others, I aim to disciple those in my sphere of influence.

To grow daily in my relationship with Jesus, to learn to love as He loves, and to be full of
grace and gratitude.
