Our Missionaries

Ruth has been involved in ministry since 1999, including administration, women’s ministry, Children’s Ministry, and prison ministry in Southern Sudan, Uganda, and Kenya. Ruth has also done short mission trips to Mexico, Ethiopia, and Rwanda. After settling in Kenya in 2006 with her late husband, their ministries included not only working Churches but also audio ministry (Firefighters for Christ), Women’s ministry, and Children Ministry. However, Ruth continued with the ministry after her husband passed away in December 2008.

After prayerful considerations, Ruth picked up Hebrew 3: 1, one of her and late husband’s verses, and consolidated the ministries under one: Consider Jesus Ministries. A ministry’s goal is to proclaim Christ and Him crucified to humanity by allowing them to consider Jesus through Firefighters for Christ, Library Resource Center, and Women’s Ministry. It has been over fifteen years since her husband passed away, but she continues to serve in different aspects while stationed in the US. Ruth also volunteers with TIP (Trauma Intervention Program) in Riverside County and also serves at her local Church, the Spring Community Church, Temecula, where she has been attending since December 2023.
