Overview of Ministry
We began our time in Logan as missionaries to the Latter-Day Saint (LDS) people with the goal of seeing a new church planted consisting of former LDS families. This work continues but is expanding. While we continue our personal ministry of evangelizing the LDS community and discipling believers in the area to be disciple makers, we are now working to advance cooperation between various organizations for the purpose of developing churches in the Logan Metro Area. According to JD Payne’s Unreached Peoples, Least Reached Places the Logan Metro Area is the second most unreached metro area in the
United States in terms of gospel ministry. Payne estimates less than 2% of the population in our area are true believers. We want to see that percentage increase through the planting of more gospel minded churches and ministries. My specific role is developing a network, Cultivate for the Kingdom, that will help connect churches in the area with partners that can help meet needs of their ministries and increase gospel ministry in the area.
