  1. Hello! My name is Jennifer Tutton. I have a daughter, Emily, that went to Ghana, Africa under a gap year missionary program for young people called Pais. She needed a particular amount of money to go and, surprisingly, people we didn’t even know would come up to her and say things like, “God told me to give this money to you, please take it and use it for whatever God is telling you to do”. She then left the day after she graduated high school. After 3 years of ministry in Ghana, she had met another young missionary, a Ghanaian native, Samuel. They were married a year later. Eventually they came back to the U.S., Samuel applied, legally, through the help of an attorney for citizenship. He had to jump through many hoops, but finally has a social security number, etc., I believe he’s waiting on one more thing to seal his dual citizenship. Anyway, they both feel called to the U.S. as missionaries for now. I noticed you do not have any missionaries called to the U.S. on your website. My kids have started a small church in Arlington, TX. They were ordained about 6 months ago by Samuel’s home church in Ghana, Africa. I am wondering if your organization would be something they could consider to qualify to be a part of?

I appreciate your time in reading this.

    Respectfully,
    Jennifer Tutton

    1. Hi Jennifer,

We have many domestic USA serving missionaries. From what you wrote it looks like we could help Emily and Samuel as they church plant in Arlington, TX.

Please have your daughter or son-in-law email Holly at holly@goinchrist.com and she will send some initial questions for them to answer.

May the Lord bless you and thank you for your inquiry.
