Good day,
In the fall of 2019 I was offered an amazing opportunity by pastor Patrick McCusker to pastor a small Calvary Chapel church in Cayo, Belize. After praying and seeking God for His wisdom and direction we visited CC Cayo and met the people in November 2019 we knew that this is where God was calling us to.
We just want to take this time to introduce ourselves. My name is Francis Celestine, I am married to my wife Adina for the past 33 yrs, together we have 5 sons and 6 grand children. We currently reside in Lexington, SC.
We were both born and raised in Trinidad, WI and migrated to the United States in the mid 80’s. In the early 90’s we committed our lives to the ministry and specifically to missions. We did some short term mission trips throughout the US and some international ones also.
In April, 2010 our family returned to Trinidad as full time missionaries, we were sent out by CC Williamsburg at that time. In June 2011 I was ordained as a pastor and started Calvary Chapel Valencia, we also formed a NGO Foundation called S.A.N(Stop Abuse Now) Foundation. Under the NGO we opened a ministry for men called U-Turn for Christ.
After some tragic circumstances in 2010 we migrated back to the US and settled in Lexington, SC under the leadership of pastor John Hoppe at CC Lexington. We have been involved in several ministries in church such as the nursing home, outdoor evangelism, Child Evangelism Fellowship(CEF), door to door witnessing….etc.
We are in the process of preparing to move to Belize full time but due to Covid 19 our plans have been altered however the work of the Lord continues. Please keep us in your prayers as we wait on His perfect timing. Looking forward with great anticipation to be of service to the people in Belize.
